Advantages of the IDEAL 4000® Series
Aluplast Ideal 4000. Attractive and modern from every angle.
With the high-quality IDEAL 4000® system, Aluplast was one of the first profile manufacturers to recognize the trend toward higher insulation systems, without compromising aesthetics or technical performance. Aluplast sets new standards not only through modern design and long lifespan. Their PVC profiles guarantee a high standard of individuality and safety for both large-scale projects and residential buildings.
- Thermal transfer coefficient Uf for standard frame-sash combination: 1.3-1.4 W/m²K
- Dual sealing system for enhanced insulation
- Glazing thickness 24/40 mm
- Classic-line sash design
- Tested burglary resistance, RC2 class
- Optional concealed drainage system
- Standard five-chamber system
- Aluplast Ideal 4000 windows and doors are equipped with A x o r hardware, but the client can select from harware like ROTO and GreenteQ
Suitable for:
Windows with simple opening, tilt, tilt-and-turn, pivot, single doors, sliding or folding systems.
The thermal permeability coefficient of profiles achieved in tests is up to Uf=1.2 W/m²K. Combined with the ability to use wider and warmer glazing packages, up to 48 mm wide, excellent thermal parameters are guaranteed. For example, a reference window of 1230 x 1480 mm using a glazing package with Ug=0.5 W/m²K and a warm spacer reaches a Uw thermal insulation value of 0.85 W/m²K.
Pure Elegance in Anthracite Shades
Responding to current color trends, starting Q2 of 2019, we introduced anthracite-core profiles in the Ideal 4000 system. This allows for better integration of windows into modern designs. With anthracite core, double-laminated windows now offer uniform color across the entire cross-section.
